Smith Career Days are sponsored by the Joel A. Smith III Fund for Career Exploration. These career days are organized by the Babson Center for Global Commerce and Career & Leadership Development. Alumni serve as panelists, and the event provides students with an overview of career options, practice interview opportunities and the ability to network with Sewanee alumni.
Alumni of the University will be on campus to talk with students about their careers in banking, finance and consulting. Students can attend a technical interview training, networking lunch, panel discussion and have one-on-one time with the visiting professionals through practice interviews.
Technical Interview Training, Torian Room (duPont Library, 2nd Floor) - Registration on TigerNet will open in September.
Lunch, McGriff Alumni House - Registration on TigerNet will open in September.
Students will be assigned to tables based on potential career interest, and alumni will share their career path with the students at their table.
Career Panel, Gailor Auditorium - Registration on TigerNet will open in September.
Each panelist will speak for 7-8 minutes and cover these points:

Practice Interview Opportunities, Gailor Classrooms. Registration on TigerNet will open in September.
Alumni will simulate an interview environment and provide feed-back to each student.
